HandyStrum（手到琴来）是一款引导式魔法弹唱相机。本政策说明我们如何处理信息。默认原则：你的画面、声音和作品留在你的设备上。
一、我们处理的信息
1. 相机画面与麦克风音频（不上传）。App 使用相机识别手部动作、使用麦克风识别演唱进度。识别在设备本地完成，画面和音频不会上传。
2. 你的作品（不出设备）。成片仅在你确认后写入系统相册。我们不会获取、存储或传输你的作品。
3. AI 搜歌查询。你输入的歌曲名称等查询文字会发到我们的服务器，并转发给生成式人工智能服务提供方（深度求索 DeepSeek）以生成临时教学谱。结果一次性使用，不与你的身份关联。
4. 匿名使用事件。为改进产品，我们收集匿名功能事件（例如「完成了一次录制」），仅含事件名称、内容模板标识和匿名会话标识，不含姓名、联系方式或设备标识符。
5. 内容模板下载。App 会下载公开的歌曲模板元数据，不涉及个人信息。
二、系统权限
相机：识别动作并录制；麦克风：录制演唱；语音识别：在设备本地确认当前一句唱完，语音不上传；相册写入：仅在你确认后保存成片。权限可在系统设置中关闭。
三、存储与共享
画面、音频和作品存在你的设备上，我们不做云端备份，不会出售个人信息。AI 搜歌的查询文字仅用于当次生成。
四、你的权利
没有账号体系。删除 App 即删除设备上的全部数据。疑问请联系下方邮箱。
五、未成年人
本 App 面向一般用户。未成年人请在监护人陪同下使用。我们不会故意收集未成年人的个人信息。
六、更新
更新会公布在本页并改顶部日期。重大变更会在 App 内提示。

Privacy Policy
HandyStrum is a guided magic sing-along camera. This policy explains how we handle information. By default, your picture, voice, and takes stay on your device.
1. Information we handle
Camera and microphone (not uploaded). The app uses the camera to recognize hand motion and the microphone to follow your singing. Recognition runs on device. Frames and audio are not uploaded.
Your take (does not leave the device). A rendered take is written to Photos only after you confirm. We do not collect, store, or transmit your take.
AI song search. Song-name queries go to our servers and then to a generative AI provider (DeepSeek) to produce a temporary teaching chart. The result is one-shot and is not tied to your identity.
Anonymous events. We collect anonymous product events (for example, “a recording finished”): event name, template id, anonymous session id. No name, contact, or device identifier.
Template download. The app downloads public song-template metadata. That does not include personal information.
2. Permissions
Camera: recognize motion and record. Microphone: record singing. Speech recognition: confirm the current line on device; audio is not uploaded. Photo library add: save a take after you confirm. You can turn these off in Settings.
3. Storage and sharing
Picture, audio, and takes stay on your iPhone. We do not cloud-backup them or sell personal information. Song-search text is used only for that generation.
4. Your rights
There is no account. Deleting the app deletes the data on this device. Questions: the email below.
5. Children
The app is for a general audience. Minors should use it with a guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Updates
We publish updates on this page and change the date above. Material changes are noted in the app.
